On February 18, 2006, Stevie Nicks performed in concert with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. The special concert took place at Rod Laver Arena in Victoria’s Melbourne City Centre. During the show, Nicks dedicated “Landslide” to concert promoter Andrew McManus (of McManus Entertainment), thanking him for coordinating the Australian leg of the Gold Dust Tour.

Although the show was filmed for DVD, it was never released to the public. (A high-quality bootleg video recording of the entire show has been circulating in collectors’ circles.) Because of technical problems, Nicks had to re-record “Outside the Rain” and “Dreams” at the end of the show, still dressed in the unique outfit she wore for “Beauty and Beast,” the last song of the set. Whether technical problems were a factor in the decision to pull the release is unknown. Two audio tracks from the show — “Landslide” and “Edge of Seventeen” — surfaced a year later on the retrospective Crystal Visions…The Very Best of Stevie Nicks (2007).
