Lady Gaga mentioned Stevie Nicks during her interview on The Howard Stern Show Tuesday morning. Gaga was talking about the challenge of being taken seriously as an artist by longtime producers when she cited Stevie and Janis Joplin as examples: “Stevie Nicks is a real artist. Janis Joplin is a real artist.” Stern then asked Gaga if she had ever met Stevie, to which she responded:
“[Stevie Nicks’] everything, not a disappointment. She was amazing. She’s so much fun, and so smart and so sweet.”
