Rhino has released Stevie Nicks‘ non-album track “Thousand Days” (1994) for digital streaming. It’s the second teaser track from the forthcoming Complete Studio Albums & Rarities (2023), after “One More Big Time Rock and Roll Star” made its remastered debut online on June 22.
Unlike the version of “Thousand Days” that appears on The Enchanted Works of Stevie Nicks (1998), this alternate version, which originally appeared as a bonus track on the “Blue Denim” and “Maybe Love” singles, was mixed differently and fades about 30 second sooner. Most people won’t hear the differences, but longtime fans are happy to get the remastered edit.
