Stevie Nicks performed on NBC’s Today Show Wednesday morning to support the Hurricane Katrina Project, a joint effort between NBC, Warner Bros. Music, Habitat for Humanity, to help rebuild hurricane-ravaged communities in the Gulf Coast region.
Nicks performed “Landslide,” “Stand Back,” and “Dreams” on the stage of Humanity Plaza (formerly Rockefeller Plaza) in New York. Videos of the performance can be viewed now at MSNBC’s website.
In between songs, Nicks briefly spoke about memories of her late father and the song “Landslide,” and her recent visit to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where soldiers are recovering from war injuries.
