Stevie revealed last night at the BMI Pop Awards that she has recorded 17 new songs. While browsing YouTube, she found at least 25 of her old demos dating back to the late 1960s, choosing 18 “fan favorites” to record during her recent recording sessions with Dave Stewart in Nashville. Stevie has dubbed this collection of songs her “24-Karat Gold Songs,” which refers to a demo of the same name. The elusive song “24-Karat Gold” has been circulating in the fan community for years. It is unknown whether “24-Karat Gold” was one of the 17 new songs that Stevie recorded or the newly-recording songs are for Fleetwood Mac, a solo project, or both. Watch the entire interview below.

Stevie Says...
If I'm not vulnerable, I won't ever wrote any more songs about vulnerability, and then what am I doing? I need to help people. I need make people believe that it's all right to be vulnerable and to be a little naive, and to be still sweet and kind and good.
