I do regret the fact that I didn’t stop to have a baby —Stevie Nicks
Fleetwood Mac member and solo artist Stevie Nicks, 42, wants to become a single mother. “I don’t regret the rest of it at all, but I do regret the fact that I didn’t stop to have a baby,” says Nicks of her 15 years of rock-and-roll adventure. “I’m going to try to adopt a little girl in January when I’ll have more time [she’s presently on tour promoting Fleetwood Mac’s current Behind the Mask]. I’m certainly ready for it, and I’m good with children. And then I just may have one myself after that, if the right man walks into my life.” Nicks, who has been once married and divorced, wants a girl. “I think I’ll probably call her Lillian Rebecca,” she says. “She’ll be loved, and the most important thing in my life — more than music, Fleetwood Mac, solo albums or anything else.”
