“This next song was written before Fleetwood Mac. So this was written when I was super poor; I had no money. I was waitress and a cleaning lady and a pretty darn good one if do say so myself.

Anyway, whenever now I get freaked out or upset or at odds with the world, I take my bed off its bed frame and I just put it on the floor. And then I buy or I find in the linen closet, I put a really beautiful coverlet on it and some really pretty pillows, and I look at it and it takes me back to before Fleetwood Mac when I was actually me , and I was who I was and I was the person that I really liked that I actually still am today, but just only I know that.
