Fleetwood Mac returned to the limelight this week, performing “The Chain” and “Gypsy” with new members Neil Finn and Michael Campbell on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. The performance ramps up promotion for the band’s upcoming world tour, which kicks off in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 3rd.
During the performance, there appeared to be some audio-mixing issues, as the sound levels for Stevie and Christine’s microphones were noticeably lower. Despite the technical glitch, the band performed well together, showcasing the musical talents of its newest veteran members. (Finn fronts the accomplished band Crowded House and Campbell comes from the legendary Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers.)
